Full Job Description
Joining our kitchen teams at either the Bittescombe Lodge or the Bittescome Inn, the apprentice chef will learn all the skills and methods required to prepare high quality dishes from scratch and work towards running their own section and creating new dishes showcasing their individuality and the new skills they have learnt.
