Full Job Description

Our purpose is to inspire our customers to feel confident and uplifted, with an amazing choice of bras and swimwear. Reporting into our UK Senior Marketing Manager, the role of our Digital Marketing Manager is to ensure more women discover Bravissimo and become long term customers, by developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns across all channels to maximise customer acquisition and retention.,

  • Plan and run all marketing campaigns across all channels to achieve our new customer and retention targets.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing activity, aligned with our objectives, that maximises our traffic and conversion to sale.

  • Manage our digital media agencies and our digital spend and investment levels across all media.

  • Work closely with our Retail Data Agency and the Senior Customer Retention Marketing Manager to understand the role that digital media plays in retaining customers.

  • Use this knowledge, and your excellent understanding of digital performance, to define the full media mix targeting both prospects and customers..

  • Commercially evaluate and refine the activity to drive maximum results for bravissimo.

  • Report performance weekly and monthly, recommending changes as needed.

  • Manage creative production; brief in creative requirements to meet needs of the channels, work closely with the brand and design team to ensure they are delivering creative needed and manage the internal approvals process for all ads.

  • Ensure our digital marketing is current and aligned for each selling season with engaging content thats right for Bravissimo and our customers.

  • Build and maintain our brand presence across digital channels. Work closely with internal (and external) teams ensuring you are working cross-functionally to achieve strategic objectives.



  • Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so we all spend regular time with our customer facing areas to understand what is important. Customer Facing Visits (in Retail, Customer Services and Warehouse) will consist of a minimum of 2 visits during peak (April to August). For the rest of the year, generally, it will be a visit once per quarter (forming part of your Quarterly Review).

  • You will be a commercially minded marketing professional with demonstrable experience of planning and delivering growth.

  • You will have excellent knowledge of paid digital media and the wider digital landscape.

  • You will be comfortable managing agencies and working with them to improve performance.

  • You will be an amazing communicator, who is able to balance creativity and passion for our brand with a keen commercial approach.

  • You can build relationships and rapport quickly with stakeholders.
