Accounting Assistant

You will be responsible for completing day to day accounting tasks and administration. This will include but not be limited to, expenses, VAT returns, payables, receivables & payroll. You will manage accounts and data in multiple systems including SAGE, Excel and our employee rota technology - Employment Hero. You will ensure all figures reconcile and work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure data is accurate and processed in a timely manner.

You will have experience of working as an accounts assistant covering all elements of an organisations finance. With a keen eye for detail, you have the ability to quickly highlight and correct errors. Having used SAGE and being an expert Excel user, you will be able to quickly adapt to new technologies.
