Full Job Description
- Be a catalyst for cultural change within the Diocese of Carlisle so that all Christians are nurtured, encouraged and resourced to live out their call to discipleship
- Contribute to the development of a healthy and safe culture to enable effective discernment
- Contribute to 'Growing our Own' by introducing vocations pathways for locally based lay leaders and Self-Supporting Ministers
Are you a creative and dynamic layperson or priest experienced and passionate about enabling and equipping others within the Christian tradition to participate in the mission of God?
Do you have a drive and passion for enabling the growth of local and younger lay and ordained vocations?
Do you have the skills and experience to support rich vocational pipelines by developing and delivering accessible, inspiring, and diverse development programmes?
