Transport Manager

Oversee and manage the transportation operations of the company
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle assignments, and driver schedules
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Monitor and track transportation performance metrics, such as on-time delivery and cost per mile
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of transportation activities with production, warehousing, and customer service
- Manage relationships with transportation service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance transportation operations

International CPC holder

- Class 1 licence

- FLT desirable
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in logistics software and transportation management systems
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
