Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project and Service Delivery consultant to oversee all project delivery activities and ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving., 1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding project delivery activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Coordinate with customers, business representatives, and Business Analysts to gather and document project requirements and objectives.
3. Conduct project management activities such as planning, risk assessment, resource allocation, and cost management to ensure project success and adherence to timelines.
4. Maintain and update Service Delivery activities, including project financial reporting, service level management, and customer feedback analysis.
5. Drive continuous improvement in Service Delivery Management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Capture and document business requirements using various techniques such as User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), User Stories, and Use Cases.
7. Conduct data analysis and data mining activities to derive insights and inform decision-making processes.
8. Develop business process and data models to support project objectives and requirements.
9. Propose and present recommendations for process improvements and service enhancements to stakeholders.
10. Engage in business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities in existing and new accounts.

- Proficient in critical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Good understanding of software workflows and project management methodologies.
- Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Knowledgeable in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, as well as SDLC and ITIL concepts.
- Familiarity with database design and data modeling concepts.

Skills:
a. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager/Analyst in a similar capacity with 3-5 years of experience.
b. Previous involvement in large-scale implementation projects.
c. Experience with integration and system interface management.

Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2:1 in Computer Science or a related field.
- Highly preferable: Certification in Project Management or Business Analysis.
