Full Job Description

As a Service Designer at AGCO, you will play a critical role in shaping end-to-end service experiences for our customers across various digital platforms. This role combines elements of service design, UX design, and UI design to create seamless and user-centric experiences that meet both customer needs and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative service solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Your Impact

  • Lead the strategic design of end-to-end service experiences to create cohesive and seamless user journeys by collaborating with stakeholders to define service design requirements, goals, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with AGCO objectives.

  • Utilize human-centered design methodologies, such as journey mapping, conducting UX research, service blueprinting, and co-design workshops, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Create visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs for digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile applications, and software, that enhance the overall service experience by maintaining service design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all service offerings.

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to effectively communicate design concepts and iterate on design solutions.

  • Collaborate with members of the OneDigital organization, and other business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of service and user interface designs into the overall product experience and other duties as assigned., You will work hybrid 2-3 days a week in our Stoneleigh, Warwickshire site purpose to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues.

  • Bachelor's degree in service design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

  • Proven work experience in service design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred but not required, along with a familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability practices, with experience in conducting user research, including qualitative and quantitative methods, to inform design decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
