Senior Hairdresser

Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Mentor and train junior stylists in hair styling techniques and client interaction
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Upsell salon products and services to clients this is a kpi.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist or similar role minimum of 6 years.
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including barbering is not a huge disadvantage.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to mentor and train junior stylists
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and payment handling
- Proven ability to upsell salon products and services
- Excellent customer service skills
