Self Employed Plumber / Multi-Trader

RK Renovations is an expanding plumbing, bathroom, and wetroom installation business that takes pride in the speed, passion, and quality of our work. We are dedicated to completing every job we undertake to a high standard within the designated time frame.

RK Renovation is looking for a strong minded individual who can work alone, inside residents homes. You will be working off plans, sketches & will be solely responsible for the outcome of the job completed. You will be responsible for the ordering of materials which will be delivered to your site and the waste collected from your site.

Duties:
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in multiple trades, including plumbing, basic carpentry, decorating & tiling.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Collaborate with other team members/trades to complete projects efficiently.

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.

- (Preferably) Level 2 diploma in plumbing and heating

- Knowledge in carpentry

- Knowledge in decorating

- Knowledge in tiling

- Capable of heavy lifting as required for the job.

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Positive 'can do' attitude is a must

Note:

- This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. There may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

- Job pay increases to the higher band once your skills and experience is enough to complete jobs on your own, with good quality at a good pace.

- £1300 for a full working (Monday-Thursday/Friday depending on the job) + Bonus per job once able to complete tasks a weekly basis.
