Full Job Description

  • Within the School Administration Team in the Business School based at the City Site on a full-time fixed term basis until April 2025.

  • The School offers a diverse range of courses within several academic disciplines offering a challenging and varied working environment for members of the administrative team; you would be working closely on the administration of one or more of these courses, working closely with colleagues to support our students.

    The successful candidate will have good knowledge of core Microsoft Office packages and working in a busy administrative environment, be solution-focused, able to prioritise their workload and be a team player with a professional attitude to others. An ability to respond positively to change and be effective in changing situations is also required.

  • Good relationship building skills are essential to this role as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
