Sales Office Assistant

To run the sales office and work with the MD, pricing orders, corresponding with customers, processing sales enquiries, orders, delivery notes & invoicing and allocating customer payments. Ordering stock from suppliers, checking purchase orders, purchase advice notes and purchase invoices match, processing the invoices and supplier payments. Answering telephone calls and emails. Working with our Health & Safety consultants, accountants and payroll department. General office work and maintaining a tidy, efficient office. Knowledge of health & safety in the workplace can help (but not necessary), knowledge of Quick Books an advantage. Applicant needs to be able to work at a fast pace in a busy environment, be reliable and trustworthy and capable of working alone.
