Restaurant and Bar Team Member

With business well and truly on the up we're looking for a couple of exceptional, service led individuals to supplement our existing fantastic team of exceptional, service led people.

We're open from breakfast through until 11PM.

We offer a relaxed, welcoming and informal environment for our guests, serving fantastic, uncomplicated food. As well as the dining area we offer lounge areas with comfy sofas to relax in and plenty of Wi-Fi and plug sockets, perfect for meetings or just for settling in with your laptop.

Above all else you'll be reliable and have great customer care skills an approachable manner and a "hands on" attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to drive consistent standards and exceed guest expectations.

We are an independent operation with great owners. There are no head office obstructions and you'll have the opportunity to help us shape the future of the operation.

· Previous food service experience in a quality, contemporary restaurant/bar environment

· Good knowledge of food and drink

· Hands on, sleeves up attitude

· Remain calm even when busy and under pressure

· The attitude to always behave with integrity and passion in everything you do
