Residential Team Leader (Children Service's)

We have an exciting opportunity available at Almond Care Children's Services. We are looking for a passionate forward-thinking Team Leader that shares a passion for supporting young people and developing others.

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team within the home to deliver the best possible care to children. You will identify areas for continuous improvement and adopt a therapeutic approach to care, leading by example. You will champion quality and lead by example to ensure that the home develops and maintains high quality of care,

The ideal candidates will have a QCF Level 3 or above for Children and Young People

You will integrate as part of the rota, undertaking shifts and sleep-ins as required and will help to organise the rota and tasks for your team. The role is a great development opportunity with lots of new skills to learn and a chance to really have influence on the children in our care.

Our ideal candidate will be a flexible and compassionate individual, looking for a career in care and able to demonstrate a passion for the role. Previous care experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
