Residential Child Care Worker - Hapton

We are recruiting for experienced residential Childcare Workers to work within our brand new three bed residential care home for children who may have suffered trauma, abuse or have a learning disability, autism or mental health issues who are aged 5-17.

The shift patterns for this role will be Early, Lates and Waking Nights.

the pattern will be:

• 07:00am-14:30pm (Early)


• 14:30pm-22:00pm (Late)


• 22:00pm-07:00am (Waking Night)


We are looking for staff with a caring and compassionate nature, experienced working with children within a residential setting.

Candidates must have a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or be willing to work towards this within two years of joining the company.

Day staff rate is £12.50 an hour and Waking Night staff is £13.00 an hour for unsocial working.
