Full Job Description

As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer calls professionally, and provide administrative support with a high level of attention to detail.,

  • Answer the phone and capture customer details with a high level of accuracy.

  • Assign incoming enquiries via our CRM to the correct estate agent.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and data entry.

  • Manage a sales progression pipeline to ensure smooth transactions.

    Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in estate agency but not essential.

  • Previous expereince with sales progression in estate agency but not essential.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
