Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor!
Are you ready to step into a pivotal leadership role within our cutting-edge manufacturing environment? We're in search of a dynamic Preparation Supervisor to collaborate with and deputize our team leader in guiding our operators through a variety of essential processes on their shift. From navigating profiles through saws and CNC machining to mastering millers/routers and crimpers, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of production.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of all prepared products to prevent defects during processing. Ensure operators accurately input CNC programs for machining as specified in Works Orders. Monitor the preparation process to guarantee products are assembled with precision and meet quality standards.

  • Team Leadership: Organize and lead daily shifts for the Preparation team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.

  • On-Time Delivery: Coordinate the preparation of cut profiles according to Works Orders to meet scheduled deadlines and ensure timely delivery to customers.


  • Safety Management: Oversee safety protocols within the Preparation Area, ensuring strict adherence by all staff members to minimize workplace hazards and maintain a safe working environment.

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to convey instructions clearly and effectively lead team meetings. Additionally, adept at written communication for documenting procedures, preparing reports, and corresponding with stakeholders.

  • Time Management and Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues promptly and effectively to minimize downtime and optimize production processes.

  • Experience in Manufacturing Environment: Essential background in manufacturing operations, with practical knowledge of CNC machines and their operation. Ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues and optimize production output.

  • Working Capability with IT Systems: Proficient in utilizing IT systems relevant to production operations. Able to navigate and leverage technology to streamline processes, track production metrics, and optimize workflow efficiency.


  • Ability to Influence Peers: Proficient in effectively communicating with and influencing peers to drive production performance, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on achieving operational goals.
