Production Co-ordinator

Co-ordinate all aspects of photography production including resource planning of and job allocations to inhouse editors

Ensure photos are received on a timely basis from photographers to meet agreed turnaround times

Have a comprehensive understanding of existing customer platforms and all associated system requirements

Liaise with 3rd party platforms, troubleshooting where necessary & implementing new developments

Onboarding for new white label clients

Continually monitor and maintain the in-house printers and print processes to ensure efficient usage

Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations (in conjunction with compliance officer) whilst handling and storage of customer data and photographs

Have a passion for maintaining and improving quality control procedures throughout the production process to ensure the highest possible standards

Create, monitor & analyse production statistics

Work together with the Logistics Department to assess staffing requirements

Liaise & provide quotations for commercial clients, liaising with them to book in shoots and to ensure the smooth running of the commercial sector

Oversee the production team, provide support, training, and motivation to ensure targets and deadlines are met

Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) such as production volume, quality control & cost efficiency

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Co-ordinator to oversee the busy Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards are maintained and processes are efficient and cost effective. The role requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills are paramount as liaison between several department will be a daily requirement, including constructive feedback to ensure continual improvements and developments within the company., Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient at editing using Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom

The ability to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines and handling last minute changes

Strong attention to detail, to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of production

A knowledge and interest in Photography & associated techniques

A passion for Quality Control and always be looking for improvements

An interest in AI and how it can improve quality and efficiency

Exceptional communication skills to motivate colleagues with the ability to problem solve

A knowledge and interest in IT and online platforms

A strong team player with a 'can do' attitude
