Plant Manager

Our client, a market leading manufacturing organisation, with a well established best in class footprint in the North East is currently looking to recruit a talented Plant Manager to lead the operation. The successful candidate will hold P&L responsibility and will provide both strategic and operational oversight to a fast moving, technically demanding operation.

We are looking for candidates with a demonstrable track record at a senior level within a high volume safety first manufacturing operation, ideally degree qualified with a strong and inspiring leadership style. Previous experience of business transformation, capital development and culture change oversight would be highly advantageous.
