Full Job Description

  • Executing global strategy together with BSP Global Business Units as defined by BSP Data Excellence group.

  • Implementing and operationalising data strategy in North America by leading a team of data professionals.

  • Aligning with local markets / functionalities when rolling out platforms and systems (CRM and others) prioritizing BSP's needs in projects.

  • Co-ordinating data initiatives to deliver the most value for BSP.

  • Working with technology domain to produce policies, processes. procedures for governing our data across functions so that data is available when and where needed.

  • Highlighting issues and roadblocks and work to address them collaboratively with other divisions.

  • Executing assignment process of BSP materials to Global products and implementing monitoring processes to ensure consistency and accuracy of assignments.


  • Executing global strategy together with BSP Global Business Units as defined by BSP Data Excellence group.

  • Multiple years professional experience in data related functions (data analytics, master data management, commercial analysis, and others).

  • Affinity and hands on experience with data technologies (Data Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Data Catalogue, Data

  • Wrangling, MDM tools, Data Science tools and others) and ERP systems.

  • Experience managing and building a team.

  • Experience in the Consulting industry an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skill (Written and Spoken) in English is a must (proficiency in other languages an advantage).

  • Proven track record in creating Commercial and Business impacts.
