Full Job Description
Responsible for site maintenance activities and the upkeep of the facility
Duties will include (and not limited to):
- Low Voltage (Domestic) Electrical repair/installations Plumbing tasks
- Air conditioning repairs and fault finding Painting
- Joinery
- Water treatment system maintenance Compliance water sampling Gardening and Industrial Housekeeping Deep cleaning
- General site repairs (Fences/Signage/buildings) Material/Mobile Plant movements (FLT/Telehandlers/MEWPS)
Time served trade apprenticeship. - A 'Can Do' Attitude.
- Takes pride in any work carried out.
