Kitchen Assistant

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Help with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

- Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary training or experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus,
