Full Job Description

· Management, task and coordination of Technical Advisors, Consultants, Trainers and all
Operational Site Staff to ensure efficient and effective use of resources

· Oversee the Personal Development Reviews in accordance with Company Policies

· Ensure all Operational staff maintain competency and certifications as required

· Take a leadership role to ensure the Company's Health & Safety Policy is fully implemented

· Prepare Operational Status reports and presentations

· Maintain the companies service delivery plan to ensure all information is accurate

· Liaison with Client representatives

· Ensure the Company's Policies & Procedures are adhered to, and provide input for future
development

· Attend Management Meetings at CFB Risk Management HQ

Operations

· Ensure the service delivery requirements for all client contracts and PO's are achieved

· Plan and confirm service delivery arrangements with colleagues and clients to ensure
contracts and services are managed and delivered effectively

· Management of all CFB Risk Management Operational Assets including Fire Appliances, PPE,
Operational Equipment and the storage Inventory

· Participate directly in the delivery of services, when required to cover absenteeism

· Evaluate and continuously improve service quality

· Lead, monitor and support people to resolve operational incidents

· Determine solutions to hazards and risks identified through inspection and investigation

· Manage and Develop the performance of teams and individuals to achieve objectives

· Provide support to the HQ Team and working closely with Managing Director

· Complete Risk Assessments & Method Statements for clients site work

· At least 5 years industrial operational experience in a relevant industry setting (O&G,
Chemical, Nuclear, Fire Fighting, Alternative Energy within High Tier COMAH Sites)

· A least 5 years in a Management role of Operational Staff in a relevant industry

Highly Desirable:

· Incident Command Qualified

· Advanced level HSE Qualifications

· ISO Standards experience, implementation, annual reviews

· Training Instructor Qualifications

· IFE Membership

· Fleet Management

Personal Attributes:

· Ability to Manage a diverse workforce

· Highly developed communication skills

· Flexibility to meet urgent client requests and tight deadlines

· Pro-active approach,

  • Operations management: 5 years (required)

  • Management role of Operational Staff: 5 years (required)

  • Industrial Firefighting/Operational: 5 years (preferred)

    This is a "Hands On" Operational role, managing teams in different locations, requiring a highly competent and technically qualified operations leader, with substantial multisite industry experience.

    · Starting Salary £60,000
