Full Job Description

We are looking to expand our Marketing team and have a super exciting vacancy for a Graphic Designer!

Be part of our dynamic creative team for all SureScreen Group's brands - SureScreen Diagnostics, SureScreen Scientifics and NeoVos!

Your role involves working on diverse design projects to support marketing and sales strategies using cutting-edge designs and techniques. From innovative product designs and eye-catching collateral creation to forward-thinking website development and engaging video and animation, this role will help us to remain distinctive and competitive in our industries.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the design process for new product ranges and packaging, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with market trends.


  • Conceptualise and create branded materials, with an understanding of both traditional print specifications and digital applications.


  • Design key content to support the customer journey from prospective clients to advocates such as direct mail material, welcome packs, fact sheets, whitepapers, reports, brochures, campaign material, PR and advertisements.


  • Design visually appealing digital content for websites and email marketing campaigns.

  • Create engaging graphics for our websites that help engage the target audience, working with Head of Web to meet specifications.


  • Creation of engaging social media content, graphics, and visuals that connects with our B2B and B2C audiences and drives engagement.


  • Produce captive material for our partners and resellers to use digitally and offline.

  • Create stand designs and event collateral, ensuring they are visually impactful and aligned with brand messaging.


  • Assist the team bringing life to concepts with animation and video.

  • Be a brand guardian from maintaining brand guidelines to ensuring that all design work maintains consistency.


  • Manage a diverse range of design projects working with the appropriate stakeholders, generating fresh ideas, meeting critical timelines and working to budget.


  • Keep up to date with latest research on current trends, techniques, audience preferences and behaviours.


  • Any other project work that is deemed appropriate for the role that supports the business.

    Proven and demonstrable experience with all elements of graphic design from any industry.

  • Passion for design, creative flair and attention to detail is essential.

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

  • Experience of both traditional print specifications and digital applications.

  • Design degree (desirable).

  • A portfolio of design projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

  • Animation and video creation experience in the likes of Premier Pro, After Effects

  • (desirable).

  • Interest or experience in app design such as Adobe XD or Figma.

  • Strong graphic design skills such as understanding of and experience in branding, layout, colour theory and typography.

  • Excellent time management skills, working with a diverse range of projects.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues at all levels
