Full Job Description

Davies Group are looking for a professional individual who is able to undertake initial customer contact, capture accurate data entry of new claim information and provide administrative support to the teams.

  • As a First Response Advisor, your responsibilities will involve:

    · Effectively handle all customer interactions (client and direct customers) professionally, knowledgably and within TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) in mind

    · Accurately input new claims that are received within service guidelines

    · Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and take a pro-active approach to arranging appointments, including management of own diary reminders

    · Manage company claim related email inboxes and handle inbound calls

    · Contribute positively to both great teamwork and a good overall culture

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills with good customer service skills

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on consistently achieving targets

    · Strong problem-solving skills

    · IT proficiency and a good eye for detail
