Full Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the sales, purchase, treasury, and cash flow functions for our JV projects.
- Establishing a standard reporting format which covers the key KPI's and ensuring the information is delivered in a timely manner.
- Preparing month end management accounts, preparing reports, budgets, variance analysis and financial statements.
- Monthly preparation of cost centre reports including detailed analysis of variances focusing on delivery of KPIs.
- Operational support and acting as the go-to person for effective communication between the Board and the wider team.
- Year-end accounts production and liaising with external accountants.
- Working closely with Finance, Project Managers and wider management teams.
- Managing financial team and improving the working efficiency of team members.
- Presenting MI and company financials to the Board.
Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous planning skills and a results orientated mindset. - Current and up to date experience with management accounts and financial accounts.
- Solid experience in SME's across sectors and strong financial reporting experience.
- Experience in budget management and able to plan and report on variance analysis.
- Ideally having implemented new accounting systems previously.
- Able to produce detailed financial reports and present to the board and communicate company needs to the wider business and stakeholders.
