Full Job Description

  • Ensure facilities meet statutory requirements (fire, health & safety, lifts, heating, air-conditioning).

  • Manage contracts for maintenance activities (legionnaires, lifts, mechanical, electrical equipment, etc.).

  • Provide information to the Buildings and Household Committee on maintenance and building activities.

  • Liaise with different departments within the College.

  • Handle internal and external requests for facilities information.

  • Maintain building files and archives.

  • Act as a member of the Health and Safety Committee.

  • Support and plan for remedial works.

  • Review and report monthly spending against the budget.

    Previous facilities management experience.

  • Strong administration skills.
