Deputy Team Manger - Children First Partnership Hub

The Deputy Team Manager will effectively provide support to the Team Manager for the day-to-day management and leadership of Children First Partnership Hub which includes the operational oversight and triage of the Early Help Module (EHM) and Liquid Logic Children's Social Care System (LCS) in accordance with statutory guidance and policy. This includes, supervision of a team, clear and concise decision making, collaborative working with partner agencies and contributions to the continuous development of the team in accordance with the deal 2030.

You will need to demonstrate that you can work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle complex case/decision making. You will need experience of supporting staff to manage the demands of the service, experience of multi-agency working, experience of chairing meetings, highly developed interpersonal skills, the ability to focus on the highest practice standard, flexibility in your approach.
