As a Deputy Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in improving financial processes and controls, implementing a new accounting system, and making finance operations scalable as our business enters a period of rapid growth. This is a new role, so you have the scope to make it your own and let the magic happen!
Your passion and purpose
Systems Migration Expert:
Integral part of the team implementing a new accounting system, Netsuite.
Complete testing, migrate historical data, and set up APIs for our expense claim app, Navan.
Automate the purchase approval process and create streamlined bank feeds.
Become the go-to person for system support within the finance team.
Cash Flow Guru:
Master the art of cash flow optimisation to support our continued growth.
Leadership and Development Pro:
Mentor and provide technical support to team members.
Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance aligned with our stakeholders' expectations.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and conduct P&L variance analysis.
Collaborate closely with the financial controller and auditors for a seamless year-end audit.

Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) would suit first move out of practice!
Solid understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable exploring financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent communicator, ready to build strong relationships within the business.
