Full Job Description

This an office-based position to provide improved communication with customers and prospects.

The position will initially be mainly telephone and administration work:

· Taking phone calls from our customer base and logging them onto our support system.

· Understanding what the key points of the support requirements are, and ensuring these are clear in the logged details.

After learning how our products are used and becoming familiar with them, you will be also involved in:

· Offer product procedural support on telephone as required.

· Liaising with the correct members of the development teams to ensure logged calls are dealt with by the most appropriate person.

· Arranging training as per contracts for our existing and new in the use of Chalice and our other software products.

· Assisting the general manager with the arranging and planning of implementation and installation of new systems and software to clients.

· Provide regular information / promotional material to better inform existing customers of software features...

· Ongoing revamp/rewrite of Chalice User manuals

· Suggest and implement practices to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.

· Previous experience in a working wholesale environment a big advantage.

· Good telephone manner and communication skills essential.

· An ability to learn and embrace our software products.

· You will need to be self-motivated and eager.

· Ability to work as part of a team essential.

· A good level of PC or Mac office software use.
