Full Job Description

An exciting and rewarding opportunity is available within the North Lincs and NHS Talking Therapies Care Group for a highly organised, productive and enthusiastic Continuous Service Improvement Manager, who will be a key driver for change and transformation directly in the Care Group and the wider Trust.
Suitable for an experienced manager with a track record of successful transformation of services and process improvement, the successful applicant will have outstanding communication, analytical and influencing skills and be able to establish strong working relationships to delivery key priority programmes aligned with the Trusts Clinical Strategy and 28 Promises.
To be a key driver for change and transformation on behalf of the Care Group, working directly into the Care Group, across Care Groups and wider Trust, alongside and supported by the central Change and Transformation Team, taking an active role in managing the scope, objectives and priorities for the programmes., Engaging at the front line of service delivery with staff to deliver service improvement, change and transformation coordinated by the Clinical Leadership Executive, with support from the central Change and Transformation resource. They will be considered part of the Trust wider change resource to support delivery of the Trust strategy, and other objectives agreed.
Lead on the design, development and deployment of service improvement projects and programmes and divisional and Trust wide level reporting at Corporate, Divisional and Service level through a combination of attendance at appropriate forums and interaction with operational leads and staff.
Support the Care Group Leadership to undertake the agreed central change project or programme in the planning and design of all improvement programme activity and documentation.
Lead and coordinate the central change dashboard on behalf of the Care Group and ensure effective reporting and monitoring of outcomes and metrics are regularly reported back to the Care Group Senior Leadership Team, effectively reporting, identifying and mitigating risks and issues to ensure benefits are realised.
Assess the impact of any service improvement programmes using the agreed project management methodology, including robust processes for measuring the delivery of benefits, quality impacts and risks associated with each project and evaluation.
