Full Job Description

The holder of this position will work closely with the commercial Support Manager in order to build and maintain a close relationship with existing accounts. The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, running usage reports, responding to billing queries and outlining any billing issues to the billing manager., As part of his/her duties, the Commercial support administrator will seize the opportunity to act as part of a small, yet cohesive team which will involve also working closely with the account managers to resolve any customer issues. Strong emphasis will be placed upon being logical, pro-active and process driven.,

  • Manage customer queries on billing & usage within the required SLA's, working with internal teams to reach a successful conclusion.

  • Raise any issues that may affect billing with the billing manager/commercial support manager

  • Create and provide accurate usage reports for customers using in-house systems

  • Creation of customer commercials using in-house platforms to enable accurate billing

  • Occasional support with tasks for monthly billing runs

  • Liaise with departments where appropriate, co-ordinate and propose business solutions which meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner.

  • To ensure that agreed service levels are met and that client expectations are achieved.

  • Ensure that progress is communicated regularly and accurately, enhancing customer service experience.

  • Liaise with customers via phone, online chat and Zendesk (ticketing system)

  • Monitor ongoing customer commitments to ensure all are met accordingly

  • Co-ordinate and provide new supplier requirements

  • Validate and Process customer change of ownership requests

    Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Good I.T skills

  • Desired intermediate skills in excel

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and math's, grades A-C.

  • A-Levels are desirable
