Full Job Description

  • You will have a good knowledge of Health & Safety and be able to use all relevant guidelines.

  • You will be able to assist with the daily operations of the kitchen area.

  • You will be able to assist the Head Chef in liaising regularly with all suppliers.

  • You will be able to assist with the ordering and ensure that sufficient stock in maintained.

  • You will assist the senior chefs in all related food hygiene regulations.

  • You will be able to ensure food service in the restaurant is at the required standard.

    • As part of our kitchen team, you will have a passion for exquisite food, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards.,
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards.

  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and be able to use all relevant guidelines.


    • Desirables

  • Experience with large volume covers.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Food Safety Training.
