Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at [Restaurant Name]. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various meals in our kitchen. - Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries as needed

Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
