Join an award winning team at The Ennerdale Brewery Tap & Bistro, were seeking a chef of sous/commis level to support our current kitchen team, applicants from all levels are welcome to apply. Delivering west cumbrian homecooked produce, you must be reliant, hardworking and trustworthy., We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chef to join our culinary team. The Chef will be responsible for working to support the head chef through the daily operations of the kitchen, planning and creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food production. Working 4 days over the week as follows, Food preparation and cooking activities

- Meet quality standards

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Food handling techniques and procedures

- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and meets sanitation standards

Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate kitchen staff

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
