Business Degree Apprentice

This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue a degree apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in the automotive industry. As a Commercial Degree Apprentice, you will have the chance to earn a salary while studying towards a Chartered Management Degree and working in various aspects of the Commercial teams. This program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business by exposing you to both customer-facing roles and behind-the-scenes operations.

Stellantis Commercial Degree Apprentice with Chartered Management Degree, You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent qualifications and A Levels BCC or BTEC equivalent. A full driving licence is advantageous but not essential.

You are a self-motivated, passionate, innovative individual. You have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You are organised and are good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.,
