Full Job Description

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department

  • Welcoming visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour

  • Managing the incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate documentation and organisation

  • Entering supplier invoices into the system with meticulous attention to detail

  • Assisting with credit control activities, including following up on outstanding invoices

  • Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents

  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Presentation skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A-C (4-9)) Essential
