Full Job Description
Apprentices work across a variety of teams within Adult Care. We work with Service Users who have additional care and support needs from the age of 18 to end of life. We work with a variety of partners, such as, care organisations and the NHS. The teams all have different roles from dealing with finance, & preparing a package of care, etc.
