Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support Officer to join the team. This role requires a candidate who has experience dealing with confidential administration and is a very organised individual to help support senior management.

Some of the main duties of the role will be:

  • To support, and deputise for, the PA to the Executive Operations Director.

  • Diary management, arranging meetings, organising travel and hotel accommodation, book training and conferences, arranging for payment of invoices, processing of credit card statements, and maintaining an efficient digital filing system.

  • To provide ad hoc administrative support to the senior management team within the Operations Directorate.

  • Contributing to the review and improvement of own/departmental practices and objectives.

  • To provide ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant, other PAs and Leadership Group members as required.

    We are looking for an individual that has a minimum of 5 GCSE's (Grade C / Level 4) or equivalent in Mathematics and English, as well as excellent verbal and written skills. A strong administration background with a minimum of 3 years proven experience covering varying work streams and working with senior managers.

  • - Knowledge of using Microsoft packages is essential.
    - The ideal candidate will be organised and have the ability to maintain and handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.
    - A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel is required.
